Why work with me?

I know what it takes to go from concept to real world product. In 2014, I took the idea of on demand carpooling from vision to reality by building uberPOOL, a new product that allowed riders going similar directions to share an Uber ride. I helped drive this vision even further by creating uberBUS - dynamic route generation and fleet movement for 15 seater minibuses.

I built numerous teams across Marketplace at Uber - rider/driver matching, surge pricing, rider structural pricing, and driver positioning recommendations. When uberEATS was surging in popularity during covid lockdowns, I led Eats Marketplace and built sophisticated courier pricing & incentives, eater pricing & promotions, and unified ride share and delivery logistics systems to make it possible to get anything from anywhere and get you to wherever you want to go.

In addition to my product leadership experience, which took me from individual contributor to senior director, I undertook a yearlong coaches training program in 2018 with the Conscious Leadership Group to become a 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership certified coach. I continue to further my development as a coach by getting my own coaching both individually and in group forums focused on commitment to self awareness and lifelong personal learning and growth.

What it looks like

We meet for an hour each week on video or in person in the Bay Area. I bring a combination of skills and wear a variety of hats:

• Coach - I ask probing questions to help you get unstuck and think about problems in new ways. I challenge you to become the most aspirational version of yourself.

• Mentor - I’ve been in the trenches and seen a lot of the challenges and opportunities you face. I can bring a ‘been there, seen that’ set of experiences to the table.

• Consultant - I’ve helped numerous teams inside my companies and many startups as a product consultant, and I can help you find, refine, and set your northstar and sharpen your strategy and roadmap.

• Teacher - I’ve acquired a number of useful skills, frameworks, and methodologies over the years both in the domain expertise of product management and in the world of coaching and self development. I can help you learn about your psychology, your emotions, and your thoughts in new ways that will allow you to break free of your limiting stories and beliefs.
